Step 1
You can contact Telecomms Distribution Ltd on 0844 801 2272 for a returns form, e-mail returns@telecomms-distribution.com or you can download the Returns form here for completion.
Step 2
Complete returns form and fax back to 0844 801 2271. Please ensure that you describe the fault in detail and list the full serial number, along with what the product is and date of purchase. Telecomms Distribution Ltd will then issue a Goods Returns Authorisation Number (GRAN).
Please note: Any forms not received within a week of issue will have paperwork cancelled down.
Step 3
Return the goods to Telecomms Distribution Ltd. Return all items in original packaging, displaying your GRAN number on the packaging of your parcel. Do Not affix it directly to the product or product packaging. Goods without a GRAN will be refused.
Step 4
Once Telecomms Distribution Ltd have checked the returned item and the fault is confirmed, it will be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer's warranty.
Items found not to be faulty will be returned to you with an administration charge of £25.00 plus VAT.
A returns form is authorisation for return of goods only and does not warrant that a credit/replacement is due or will be given.
All goods returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking charge of £25.00 plus VAT or 25% of the goods value whichever is greater. These goods can only be returned within 7 days of receipt. These goods must be returned in all their original packaging and in brand new condition.
