Method of payment

Credit account
To apply for a credit account, simply complete and return our Credit Account application form along with a copy of your company letterhead and a copy of a utility bill with corresponding addresses. (Credit facilities offered subject to status and credit checks.) Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

Trading account
To apply for a trading account, simply complete and return our Trade account application form along with a copy of your company letterhead and a copy of a utility bill with corresponding addresses. See below for accepted payment methods below for this account.

Credit or debit card
Pay for your goods by credit or debit card, using any of the following: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, Solo or Delta. Please complete our Credit card authorisation form and fax to us.

Cheque
Pay for your goods by cheque, cheques to be made payable to Telecomms Distribution Ltd. Please note we will despatch your goods when your cheque has cleared.

BACS
Pay for your goods by direct payment to our bank. Contact a member of sales team for details.

Delivery
All stock items will be delivered on a next day service, to any destination within the UK mainland. Stock will be confirmed at point of order, if the item is not a stock item delivery time will also be confirmed at point of order.

Hours of Business
Our sales team are available to assist you between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.

Delivery Discrepancies
All shortages, damaged goods or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt and faxed to 0844 801 2271. Non-delivery of goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of invoice.

Carriage claims
All claims for either missing or damaged parcels must be reported in writing to Telecomms Distribution Ltd within 24 hours of delivery and faxed to 0844 801 2271.
