This company was set up in 2005 by Julie Mackenzie and Tina Kerwin, who have over 20 years experience within the Telecoms Industry.

We have access to equipment from Panasonic, Siemens, Oak Telecom, DECTsys, Orchid, Retell Recorders, Polycom Conferencing, Interquartz handsets, BT, Plantronics headsets, Jabra GN Netcom, Konftel Conference units, NRX telephones, Kalika door entry, Samsung system telephones, Valcom PA systems, ATL handsets, NMS Adaptive software applications, Enclosure cabinets, Excel install accessories, Titan and Tru Serenity music on hold players, Callista Hospitality software, Geemarc phones, Solitaire payphones, Storacall phone hoods, Avaya system telephones, NEC system phones, and Samsung fax machines and Brother printers. Along with a range of 2nd hand equipment from the majority of manufacturers.

We like to provide a personal service using our wealth of knowledge about the products that we supply.  We also have good contacts within the industry to ensure that all your questions are answered quickly and your engineer has all the equipment needed before going to site to enable the job to be completed on the first visit  We have access to technical support for Panasonic and Siemens telephone systems, whilst also having accredited engineers all over the UK who can install an array of systems and cabling. We can also provide sales support for assistance with quotes, supplying literature and price lists.  Along with our our download site which contains installation manuals and the latest programming software on Panasonic and Siemens - this is a password protected site.

We supply new and refurbished equipment such as Panasonic and Siemens telephones and phone systems, as well as most other manufacturers.  Plus all associated peripherals including data cabinets, patch panels, patch leads, sockets (all types) and cable - Cat 5 or standard CW1308, voicemail and auto attendant, call recording and call logging software, corded and cordless headsets, corded and cordless handsets, door entry systems, music on hold, CTI software, conferencing units, fax machines and printers and consumables.  If what you are looking for isn't in this list why not call us to see if we can supply or source it for you.

We also have a repair service for any equipment that we supply that is no longer covered under the manufacturers warranty, so if you have any system, handset or card that needs assessing or repairing let us know and we'll get a quote for you.

Hours of Business
Our sales team are available to assist you between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.

Delivery Discrepancies
All shortages, damaged goods or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt and faxed to 0844 801 2271. Non-delivery of goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of invoice.
